    Integrated B.Com. LL.B. (Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws) Degree Program

    Asian Law College is a premier law college in Delhi NCR, offering a dynamic and comprehensive five-year integrated B.Com LL.B. program that seamlessly bridges the realms of commerce and law. This interdisciplinary course imparts a holistic education, encompassing subjects ranging from Statistics, Economics, and Auditing to the Law of Contract, Constitutional Law, and Legal Language. These core subjects are designed to equip students with a foundational understanding of legal principles, business concepts, and their interplay across various professional contexts. The integration of commerce and law ensures a well-rounded education that prepares students for diverse career paths in both the legal and business domains.

    This program is ideally suited for students with a keen interest in either business or law, providing a strong foundation in both fields and significantly enhancing their employability. Large corporations with in-house legal departments increasingly prefer to engage lawyers who possess a sound understanding of accounts and business operations a B.Com LL.B. degree provides precisely the skills and knowledge that make such graduates invaluable assets to any organization.

    To be Eligible in B.Com LL.B.

    ALC
    The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.
    ALC
    The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year.
    Note:
    • The afore-mentioned rules are subject to the guidelines issued by CCS University and Bar Council of India.
    • The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student in accordance with the rules and regulations.
    • Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course.

    Duration of the Course

    The duration of the course of B.A.LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. shall be a period of Five Academic Years. Each year is divided into two semesters.
